For our cleaning wipes, the process begins with the selection of high-quality non-woven fabrics, such as viscose, polyester, woodpulp, bamboo fiber, etc. These base materials are fed into high-speed automated production lines where they are precisely folded, saturated with our carefully formulated cleaning solutions (ranging from disinfectants to simple deionized water), and then hermetically sealed in moisture-proof packaging to ensure product integrity and a long shelf life.

Our microfiber towels are engineered for superior cleaning performance. We start by weaving or knitting high-quality polyester and polyamide (nylon) yarns, which are split into microscopic filaments to create the characteristic split microfiber structure. The fabric is then treated, dyeing, cut, and meticulously sewn with reinforced, soft edges—often via ultrasonic cutting or overlock stitching—to prevent fraying. A final quality check ensures that each towel offers optimal absorbency, lint-free performance, and durability for repeated use.
